^ I ask... because Spa2k mentioned setting it up as a true dedicated track car.

In which case wouldn't the Base GT350 be the better starting platform?

I was curious where you got DSSV from?

Sorry - That's what I meant and posted elsewhere. If I were building a dedicated race car I would start with the base GT350.

I would start with the track pack and add a cage and see where the stock MR took me

The "Pill" and his discussions on various forums. Also referencing Multimac and the Z28.

Also it was the other platform that BWI used for benchmarking their Gen 3 MRC. Since it was a high ground proven platform for racing performance.

I haven't seen anyone install a Multimatic setup as aftermarket before. Probably hugely expensive. Many other good options available, soon for the S550.

Well....considering the new area for innovation that has just been brought into the attainability spectrum for the general public is Dampening....

Who knows what may be in the pipeline from Multimac. After all there is now an established market for it, since the MRC proof of concept is now an accepted standard.

Opens the door for alternatives to stake their claim in the same Market. Also a concept proven with the Z28 using DSSV.

Add a DCT, DSSV and perhaps a twin charging setup and the next iteration of a Mach1 could step the game up a bit offering a Specialty vehicle between the GT350 and the GT500. The challenge would be making it attainable. Something that can be done, considering Supercharging and Carbon bits were at one point considered fantasy in a production car.

Again just thinking out loud. You know how most concepts start. As just a thought.

^Well then the base model would allow mounting gauges where it would make more sense. Like on the pillar or perhaps just below line of sight on the dash.

Again... Would make more sense if the idea is to build a track dedicated track car?
