1. is this car single or dual overdrive?
2. the weight of the crankshaft?

GT350 supplement guide didn't help (just saying)

Motor Trend claims Ford weighed it in at 50lbs

Which is actually very heavy for a fpc.

I figure they got into a battle with harmonics and weight won.

De-stroke it to 4.5l and you could cut a huge bit of wieght off the crank... and lose a good bit of torque. Which would be fine in something lighter, but not so much in a mustang.

Considering it doesn't have a ton to start with.

Altering the firing order didn't help but in return, it gave the engine a meater torque range, according to Ford.

I think the Coyote crankshaft is close to 60lbs.
I've done so much research that it all runs together. I want to say that it was stated it was 8lbs lighter. Maybe I just made that number up, I just kinda put it in the bank with over hyped fpc bs. Lol

I've always been more impressed with the head to even necessitate turning 8200 and a valve train that is stable enough to do so reliably in this price range.

I think you are about right on the weight difference. I think MT said 5 lbs in their video, but they were probably just rounding to an easily digestible difference.
