Ignore the street setup, as having a PP, the springs/shocks still suck. I'd either go for the track, or see if steeda will cut you a discount on the fixed shocks and some of their springs. The BMR springs are great too. That and a CB005 kit installed all at the same time will really transform the car. I honestly don't feel the need for sway bars with my steeda shock and ultralite linear spring setup. It's pretty flat and controlled in the corners. The CB005 kit will make the car feel like one solid piece instead of the rear suspension floating around back there. Once you've got your suspension dialed in then I'd add power.
While I can't comment on PP shocks (as I came from a non-PP), I'd say you're on the right track. The CB005 is a great mod. The LCA bearings particularly take it the extra 5-10% there, but at the cost of feeling much more of the road. Vehicle reaction time is instantaneous. For a pure track car, LCA bearings would be really helpful and all the vagueness of the rear suspension will be gone.

All you need for now ....

1. Ford Performance Power Pack Upgrade Stage 3 GT 2015-2017

2. Ford Performance Resonator Delete X-Pipe Stainless Steel GT 2015-2017

3. Ford Performance By Borla Axle-Back Exhaust Kit 2-1/2" Sport Stainless Steel With 4" Chrome Tips GT 2015-2017

Suspension stuff - would not mess with unless your going to be taking her to the track.

Exterior or Interior stuff to make your car look good - meh, rather look good to someone else while I am pulling away like a Stang from hell !

Oh yea I was also exploring the Power Packs as well
After reading some other responses it comes down to this (in my worthless opinion).

The car doesn't handle all that bad in base form, so unless you plan on really carving up the streets (like..REALLY carving them up), then you're better off going for power or sound. That would be where the GT350 manifold would be a good purchase, but I do think you need a tune for that. I personally am not interested in stage 1 or 2, and if you wanted to go with stage 3 you'll need $2,000 or more, which is double your budget.

But by all means, if you want to carve corners and have some fun on a track, then definitely get suspension. This car is already far more powerful in a straight line than 99 out of 100 (if not better) cars you encounter in a day, if that means anything to you. Personally, I have the performance pack and although I would get it again, I don't think I've even pushed it past 50% yet. I've really taken my time learning the car's behavior. Plus, I don't want to endanger anyone on or near the roads and I don't have a track closer than 3 hours.

I'd do Roush axle back (or pypes pro touring axle back plus x-pipe), BG trans oil, steeda spring, BMR cradle lockout, Steeda LCA, and FR knuckle bearing.

I found these to be the most needed parts to fix factory problems and they offer a pretty good back for the buck. Improves driving experience for everyone, without getting all racemode (or ricemode:paddle:)

I was discussing the manifold with my buddy, he doesn't think it's that great of a mod because you only get the power at high RPMs. Feel free to correct if he is wrong, he thinks the Power Packs aren't that great besides the throttle body. He recommended suspension, or a custom tune with throttle body and CAI.

I feel you, I did a little pre-emptive entering on H&R Block's site using my last paycheck to try and gauge where I sit this tax season, now I just have to go back and double-check with my actual W2. But it has the ol' gears turning and scheming already lol.

I'm either putting an exhaust on my car (I've got my eye on that Solo Mach Thunder), or I'm going to spend half of it on a Taurus Judge and go get my concealed carry permit, and spend the other half slapping some louvers on my rear and my quarter panel windows. Haven't made up my mind yet.

i wish i knew what a tax refund is...

but rule of life..if you get a return on your money you're doing it wrong :p giving out 0% interest loans to the government makes zero sense.

better than having to pay at the end of the year.. plus most people would just waste that extra money through the year.. this at least forces them to save a lump sum..

if your going to save a lump sum at least either just save or put it somewhere it can grow rather than giving it to the government on a free loan. keeping your money throughout the year the paying is the smart thing to do but 90% of the people in this country think they are getting free money back for some reason...when it reality they are the ones that gave away free money only to get it back a year later at 0% interest.
