So i have some news that may interest some people on here...

Me and my friend that runs a shop designed a t3 single scroll adapter manifold out of billet steel for my big turbo build. It took a while to design the taper to make it as smooth as possible but its one hell of a piece! The turbo i am going to be using is definately on the big side so most likely will fit most t3 flanged turbos. It also has an angled wastegate port ready to have up to a 45mm flange welded on. Since we have the tooling and design finish we figured we might as well offer this to the ecoboost community so others can build their own turbo kits too. Hopefully the pictures uploaded and you guys can check it out. If we get enough people interested we might do a limited run of these! Let me know if this is something you guys want and what price range you want to try and see these at! Any questions feel free to pm me.

Wow, that's a nice piece. What is your speculative pricing on this adapter?

If you end up selling it, this will make it a lot easier for guys chasing max power. No more painstaking custom jobs.

That thing was made with love, though. How long did it take to get right?

haha about 3 months. had a rough draft made out of the oem and t3 flange to figure out spacing and dimensions then a cad file made to get the taper right, model 3d printed then finally a billet piece made after all of the tooling was figured out.

Well ill give this until the end of the month to make a final verdict on weather to go through making more of these or not for people. First turbo manifold available to buy separately so kinda surprised no one want to build their own turbo setup.

cause for the ballpark price you already wrote is not going to get you anywhere there are easier options. 300 to 400 would def put you at business. Remember people would still have to buy a turbo fittings modify downpipe etc etc etc

This part will be bought by guys doing a complete build most likely. In other words, a pretty small audience and they won't just fly off the shelf.

ehh yes and no.

If you were to go with a stock frame style turbo then I would definitely stay with that. around $2000 is great for what you get with vargas but for the $3500-$5000 kits and over? that's a bold move cotton.
I'm wrapping up parts and all the custom work now and came in at under $1800 that has more than other kits include. This piece is for people that want to piece meal a kit, make something other than cookie cutter builds or like having options. Then again im the guy that voids the warrenty day 1, and builds parts myself when I can lol

Do you still have any of these?
I can't afford your asking price on account that my shit blew up 3 years ago and I've slowly been buying parts from EMS to build a new engine. Im 90% complete and today I went to install my MAPerformance t3 manifold I won from them 5 years ago and its toast. Didn't realize it was damaged during the ecoboom. Anywho, saw this and was curious if you had a used one you wanted to sell for cheap. I'm a small handicapped youtuber who just needs to get a car back up because my other car is was using as a daily also went belly up. Cheers...
