Started disconnecting my phone and wouldn't play any media. Got home, did a master reset and the problem was gone....for a few hours.

Master reset again and no luck.

Cleared my phone of apps and restarted it multiple times as with the car..

Now any buttons in the menu related to sync don't work (device, sync settings, sync apps....).

Hoping to get to dealer tonight, maybe they can reload it.

Another nail in the coffin for this friggin car....

The most problematic part of my Mustang experience so far has been the audio unit. It either connects up perfectly to my phone or is a total flake until the next time I drive the car. It's not the phone, as I have used 3 different ones (LG and Google) and all have the same issue.

I know we won't be able to update our decks to SYNC 3 but I sincerely hope that Ford will make a SYNC 3 kit for the 2015 Mustang.

H1 GT, did you get this fixed? Master reset is not fixing the issue.

Update: I ended up pulling the battery, this fixed the issue. Hopefully there will be a Sync update to fix this. I don't want to pull the battery every 2 months.

I did that first, didnt help. I read another post on this forum and found that pulling the battery did the trick. (or one of the fuses, forget the number)
