Hit a massive pothole - what is this broken part?

$25 part, and about $375 in labor is what it would have cost for me to pay someone to do it (multiple estimates). Screw that, my car has a warranty.

That should be a 30-45 minute job , for me to do on a lift with an impact . Even minimum 1 hour it should of been $100-150 in labor
