Sync screen

No my way to have the alignment checked I couldn’t switch the screen to the map. After I got to the shop and restarted the car the backup camera didn’t work. However it was the sync screen itself that is not working at all. I pulled the sync fuse that didn’t up.
Has anyone else had an issue with their screen?

I don’t have the map function. But when my backup camera died, the screen went blank in reverse. It was staticky at first, then blank.

Have you had the recall completed for B/U camera failure?

I checked my vin no recalls. I guess I’ll find out what’s wrong next week.

I had my backup camera replaced once in my 2016 Mustang. It went from black screen on and off to not working at all.

Not sure if this applies to me the screen is completely blank all the time.
