Yes. No, it cannot be changed. Long-press the voice command button to instead activate Siri if you have an iPhone. I would assume the same activates the Android equivalent, should you have an Android.

If you don't want it to display you can toggle it off. Settings -> Voice -> Voice Command Lists.
