Help with sync screen

Hi. New member here. I have a 2018 Mustang GT and I have a question. I have had several Ford vehicles with sync system but my mustang is acting unique. The sync screen stays backlit after all other systems shutdown. My dealer says this is perfectly normal. I don’t know about that. In a dark garage the screen is like a flashlight.

What kind of staying on are we talking about? One minute after leaving or walking out in the middle of the night and still one?

This is a picture of the screen many minutes after the rest of the systems shut down. Now, if I lock the car with the key fob, it goes straight off.

Mine stays on for awhile. Never timed it but certainly longer than everything else.
