Sync 3 issues. ( blank screen )

My 17 GT did not come with sync 3. I installed OEM parts from infotainment.com about 3 weeks ago and so far it has worked just like it came from Ford.

Today for a few seconds while cruising on the hwy the screen went blank. I’m not sure what I did to make it wake back up but it did and it functioned completely
Normal the rest of the day.

After doing some research it seems like this is somewhat of a common issue with Fords infotainment. The warranty is only 3 months on the components I bought so I’m wondering if I actually have an issue or is this somewhat normal for sync 3.

Mine has done that once while driving, for a few seconds. Mostly it’s been issues with USB not connecting after start up- that’s been like 3 or 4 times total. A soft reboot of the system fixes that. BTW, even BMWs have these types of issues, I get complaints of it all the time.
