Hi fellow Mustang Riders,
Glad to be a part of this community. I have a 2018 Mustang Ecoboost Premium with Sync 3.0 Build 19205.
Ever since I got the car (2 months ago), I have not been able to connect Android Auto. It connects for about 5-10 seconds and disconnects.
Things I have tried are:
Apply CarPlay works flawlessly on the car. Also, my wife's 2020 Ford Escape (Sync 3.4) has no issues running Android Auto on the same phone and cables.
I want to see if anyone here has experienced similar issues and what they did to fix it? I still have factory warranty available in the car and would like to see if this is something that I can ask Ford to check?
Thanks!

Things I have tried are:
- Master Reset
- Re-install Build 19205
- Test with Galaxy S10 and S7
- Different cables - Anker and Aukey
- Reinstall Android Auto update w/ wiping cache and data, etc that are in the troubleshooting steps
- Removed Android Auto app from Battery Optimizations
