With so many sway bars available, what is my best option. So far have only done a couple autoXs and HPDEs 1&2 at Sonoma Raceway. So it will be flogged a few times a year. The body roll is a bit much with the stock bars, so ready to pull the trigger.

Car's suspension is currently- BMR SP089/82, RLCA Bearings, Stock PP Shocks and Struts, Steeda Gtrac, IRS Braces, Vertical Links, IRS Subframe Bushing Supports and FR Knuckle to Toe Link Bearings.

I'd personally recommend the BMR or Steeda offerings.

Hey there Ben!

I'd recommend our BMR-SB044

It's a cold formed, CNC 35mm DOM Bar that is far superior to anything else on the market.

It gives you 28%-70% increase in sway bar rate (Depending on how you use it's 3 way adjust ability) and the bushings are molded from 95-durometer, low-deflection, polyurethane, meaning you get all the performance you expect, with none of the extra NVH associated with a firmer bushing/bearing.

The mounting brackets are made from Billet aluminum to further minimize deflection.

If you've got any further questions or would like to discuss the application in detail for your vehicle feel free to PM me!

Just got my sb044 from BMR today. Mounting brackets are very nice and the setup appears to be well made. So far, I am very happy.
Sadly it will take a few weeks to have the space to put her on the rack as a very large military truck going through an in frame engine overhaul is in the way.
I hate that damned truck!

The Steeda units are top notch - Steeda swaybars for the S550 have CNC billet steel ends, for the ultimate in strength and durability.

Here is a great video from our partner, CJ Pony Parts showing the benefits of the parts - remember, Steeda's parts are Designed, Engineered & Manufactured right here in the U.S.A. under ISO 90001:2008 standards. They also come with a lifetime warranty!

Well, I did notice that the BMR sway bar had these very nice brackets. When I was shopping for a sway bar I noted the BMR spent the time/money to upgrade the brackets.
The ones on the Steeda unit look exactly like the replacement brackets you can get at Auto Zone.

We respect what Auto Zone offers and the pictures can help show the Steeda difference.

Fair enough, I can only assume BMR will chime in here with photos. I don't have a horse in this race, just giving my opinion as an end user.
The BMR bracket isn't stamped steel, but solid aluminum with a Zirk fitting and a different compound.
No doubt both are a good product, but the BMR brackets seemed, at least to me, much more stout.

We use .190 thickness where as others use .120.

Also, see the lube channels in our bushings once properly lubed you are done & no squeaks or groans.

The additional .70 thickness and bushing size are substantial as shown in the pictures. This gives you exceptional durability and less deflection in the Sway bar.

Additionally, there are upgraded options here:

Add the Steeda Swaybar with the endlinks - https://www.steeda.com/adjustable-stay-bar-endlinks.html
we are at ~$454 with forum discount, the price gets even better!

As a proof point to our quality & commitment - Steeda Autosports’ production-based equipped vehicles have won more championships, set more track records, and won more races than all of our competitors (Shelby, Saleen, and Roush) combined!

Best Regards,

^^^ Looks like my car up on a lift, with Steeda parts everywhere. Sway bars, billet mounts, sway bar end links, vertical links, IRS support bushings, support braces, alignment kit, G trac K brace and pro-action shocks. I can personally attest to the difference these Steeda parts make, it handles exceptionally well.

Had Steeda on my 2015 with upgraded billet mounts. Stripped car of parts, returned to stock to trade it in and sold my sways. Bought 2017 and picked up Whiteline sways and have since removed them and went back to Steeda. Whiteline has clamp on bushing stops while Steeda's are welded which I prefer along with the way they do the ends as opposed to crush ends. I can attest the normal bushing clamps which come with the Steeda bars are far better than stock and will surface most everyone but their upgraded billet versions are simply amazing.

Lots of quality parts out there! Using clamp on lateral locks versus built in is less convenient, but not necessarily a deal breaker for me. All of my Steeda and Bmr parts have been of the highest quality and craftsmanship thus far. So I guess either of those options is the way to go.
