SVT performance pack

Hi my 2019 GT is listed as having an SVT performance park. I am the second owner so are unaware what was the original owner specified. I do have a full build sheet for the car. It has virtually every extra apart from B & O stereo, extra gauges on dash. It has virtually every other PP1 extra. Could someone explain what comes with an SVT performance pack. It is a right hand drive Aussie spec car with magnaride.

There is no such thing. SVT stands for Special Vehicle Team. It has not existed for many years. Today we have Ford Performance. It’s the closest thing we have to the old SVT.

Thanks for that, but it is listed on my build sheet as having this ... DWBAF ... SVT Performance pack. I'll just ignore it then.

The workshop manual still states SVT Performance Package as an option, seems like they kept the old terms in there.

If you have a 2019, it’s quite possible the “SVT Performance Pack” reference is the GT Performance Pack 2 option - and for that particular package, early on there was reference of a “Tremor Package”.

Many Ford Dealerships and the “mom-n-pop” smaller used car dealers have no clue about the GT PP2. They’ll list it as just a GT and sometimes neglect to get proper pricing too. You’ll see GT PP2’s on many of the online classifieds sites as just a normal GT with absolutely no reference to the PP2 package at all.
