When you say stepping on the gas, are you in like 4th gear and going wot at 2900 rpm? Or are you in 2nd? A little more clarity on gear and rpm would help. It it a high gear, low RPM situation it will buck hard for a number of reasons.

What size vacuum line are you running to the BOV? I'm running a 4mm hose and I read that Tial recommends a 6mm line. I think mine is staying slightly open when getting into boost and I'm bleeding it off due to it.

You know.. I've never had this issue before until the other day. I installed a new McLeod clutch/flywheel so I was thinking it had something to do with that since I was having problems with getting air out of the system. It was 4th gear, -2K RPM.. It was jerking the car back and forth.. wouldn't stop with acceleration, so I took it out of gear and back in. It's done this twice to me in 2 days.

Hey guys check all your vaccum hoses going to imrc valves, also u can do a key on engine off check and make sure the actuators are moving on the back of the manifold. This will cause a surging/bucking issue.

I know what u mean about bleeding the clutch lol, about 250 slow pumps of the pedal before i had enough pedal to get the car into gear!!!.Real pain in the ass!!!.But pedal is great now.
