Ive maintained 160ish comfortably, the car felt really good so I wouldn't be opposed to faster speeds if a safe opportunity presented itself. I should have it at the Fall Texas Mile event, so we will see what 165 plus feels like
Crazy, I see why all my new neighbors in TX left CA... The kit came with a CARB sticker in it, and was told by my installer that they were able to become CARB compliant by using the closed lid air box and an emissions friendly tune, but yeah your right, reading the California disclaimer on Whipples site directly says off road use only in that state.
Whipple told me that the GT350 is NOT CARB compliant - If your kit came with a CARB sticker it should not of. The 5.0 is CARB compliant. They do not want to spend the money on the GT350 kit for the CARB testing.
