Suncoast 10r/6r Launch Controller?

Saw this pop up. Thoughts behind this for those of us on footbrake/non turbo? There's obviously WOT box control, so I'm curious to those that have that, or dedicated transbrake/2step vs. what this controller would accomplish. The price point of $795 vs a transbrake or ~$200 WOT box is fairly large, so I'm trying to place where this launch controller accomplishes what the other methods do not, or improves on.

so not a transbrake, just something to hold constant RPM with the pedal to the floor then let go of the brake; still launching off the foot brake?

That’s what it looks like? I messaged to see if it would modulate the ignition similar to a 2 step. I just wondered if anyone here had looked in to it or what the difference actually is to be asking that price.
