I have the 18 A/S from the EB Premium (no PP). I plan to install winter tires on the stock rims and get new rims and tires for summer (19 or 20 and wider).
I'll have a useless set of A/S that I might hold onto just incase or sell.

I would get Blizzaks. All season tires wont stick to well to the road in freezing weather and in deep snow(when it happens)

I plan on getting Nokian Hakkapeliitta R2's. Since I don't have the Performance Pack, I think I can get by with 18" wheels, which means I'd be able to get these:

They're $110 per tire more to get in the OEM size for my car.

I'm not familiar with those. How do they compare with the popular snow/ice tires like Blizzak, x-ice etc.

Nokians are the best winter tires there are. It's a company from Finland and they design tires for arctic conditions. It's a step above anything you can get from Bridgestone or Pirelli or Continental; they only make winter tires. In the 18" size they cost $220 a tire, which isn't unreasonable.
