STOLEN..Security alarms dont work!!!

hi guys. im awaiting del of my 2016 Gt and i had my 2010 BMW 335d stolen yesterday. i had push button, immobilizer, factory alarm and they broke in without any broken glass, etc. Gone in 60 sec. the day before a new 165,000 jag was stolen in broad daylight from beacham jaguar show rooms in auckland. any advise on what to use on our year and a half wait stangs?

Flatbeds don't care about alarms...

Hi coaster, apparently they are using some new technology to beat the immobilizer sequencing code. Scary. Back to the old steering wheel lock and smith and Wesson !

I remember reading that this was common in BMW and Audi in the UK, looks like it's moved abroad now too...

Bloody hell! That looked far too easy. Why does ford not disable the port when alarm is armed???

personally i'm going to go with one of the GPS monitoring devices, i know they can be removed etc, but as a peace of mind, and if it doesn't get removed/disabled then i'll know where the car is. and set up the boundary's so if it heads out a set area i'll know about it.

but end of the day, park in a real inconvenient place, my drive way is on a steep hill and has a bend, but if they want your car, they'll take your car.
