Have any been stolen yet? I was curious how anti-theft they are?

Dunno how theft proof they are but my alarm went off when I was jacking the car to remove the wheels... LOUD!

A quick tip....dont get out of the car to put petrol in with your dog still sitting in the car....the second he moves, off goes the alarm....damn loud and embarrassing. ...remember to set reduced guard before you get out if someone is still in the car.

WTF?????!!!!!! What if you wife is in the passenger seat? Or anybody for that matter?

I usually just lock the car regardless of who is in it while I pay. Do you have to do anything if that's the case?

The car has presence detectors inside.
The idea being that you can lock your car with the windows cracked open for ventilation. If someone was to reach inside, the car detects the movement and the alarm sounds.
So, if you go reduced guard, it deactivates the sensors...

As Burkey has mentioned Mark, if you select reduced guard, it still has the anti-theft alarm from anybody who tries to break in, but it doesnt detect any interior movement. Essential when you get out and leave anybody inside.....the moment they move it goes off....try it with the window down...wave your arm inside through the open window and it goes off.
