Steelies and Snows

Hey guys, inspired by another thread I saw a while ago I've been wanting to pick up some snows and steelies so I can actually enjoy my mustang during this time of year. Does anybody know which steel wheels fit our cars? And which snows are considered top tier? The thread I saw had a fellow with a white mustang gt on some steel wheels I just wish I knew which they were so I can look into a set for my car

Dude... many parts on the underside of the car rusts INSTANTLY when it hits salt. I went to Chicago for 3 days and stuff that looked brand new started turning brown. I was pissed. It would have happened eventually, but... I went 20K miles without it. :(

No idea about any steel wheels that will fit over the Brembos, can't say I've ever heard of anyone using them. If you want the best winter tires available, check out Nokian.

My car has never seen snow, or even rain outside of what it may have seen between the factory and delivery, and I was amazed at how many little spots of surface rust there were on various components when I was swapping springs.

The building it resides in is climate controlled too. :(

look at the winter tire/wheel packages from www.tirerack.com, they have relatively inexpensive aluminum wheels

There are no 19" steelies, why no one is making a set it beyond me as I'd have chosen that over a cheap aluminum wheel. I use the Michelin Xi3.

haha the car was meant to be driven 365 who cares about rust lol just wash her every other day and problem solved
