I had mine installed and love them. I have no noise... Nothing squeaks at all. I'd contact Steeda or have them checked out. Did the stock springs NVH sleeve get put back on the new springs to reduce noise (if there were any originally on the car)?

may just need to clean and or lube the top hat rubber parts. Mine squeaked installed wrong, then also made noise installed right. Took em off for the millionth time and threw some aircraft grease on there and they shut right up.

Two installation questions:

1. If I do not have access to a lift, but have a friend with a good rolling floor jack, what is the best method for lowering the rear subframe to install the rear springs?

2. If I decide to have a shop do the install, a) about how much does the install cost? b) any trusted mustang oriented shops in the DC area?

put the rear of the car evenly on jack stands, then put the floor jack under the middle of the pumpkin and go slow with everything.

no idea on the second one, you'll have to call them or stop in and get an estimate. RRT is a good anymake shop up that way that really knows their stuff. (ie racecars).

use a hockey puck on the jack too, it keeps from bending pinch welds and scraping up your pumpkin. It provides enough cushion with enough hardness to not damage anything.
