On my ecoboost I had steeda progressive springs and M-18000-F Frpp struts and shocks. I really liked this set up. I think even better then my Audi TTs and G35. I now have a 16 GT non pp and oh the float. So any chance did anyone have a try with steeda non adjustable compared to FRPP on a GT? Great deals on Steeda but I love great handling so don't want a $100 or so savings to be the reason.

If you liked the steeda springs and FRPP shocks on the ecoboost you will like them on the GT.

Not sure of the valving on the Steeda shocks but I would assume they will ride a bit better than the Ford and have similar control..

Contact Mike D at steeda or @SteedaTech on this board.

I would imagine the FRPP will feel better on the street AND handle better as they are a monotube. I don’t think the Steeda proactions are.

Consider the steeda non-adj a decent but cheap street shock for lower spring rates. For handling you can do better.

Thanks for the insight. I'm not sure I want to roll the dice on trying to get something better when I know how well the FRPP did work. Its one of those things you only know and as good as you have tried. I'm hoping to get this GT as close to the Eco handling as possible.

People that have tried both..have said the bilstein b6 are just a tad better than the ford performance track..and are only 100$ ish more expensive. Something to consider.

Same people also said both are better than the steeda stuff.

Either setup with bmr handling springs and you are good.
