I asked Stainless Works on their instagram account this question. They told me it had their high flow cats with their longtubes and the catback was stock and still had the resonators in place.

Higher octane doesn't account for increased airflow/reduced back pressure.

Ultimately, end of the day if you mod you should have it tuned for. Engines are far more finicky today to changes than they were years ago haha
Voodoo needed fuel added to his tune with ARH, He was running out of fuel targeting the same AFR (more air). He had the first dynos cut short due to lean conditions up top. I would not advocate running this car with any mods with no tune unless you have 20k lying around for trouble.
