My wife and i installed our 3" sw catback on her base gt this morning. All i can say is this exhaust sounds amazing. The install took less than 2 hours. The longest part was getting the tips aligned correctly.

I know everyone has heard the idle vids and they sound amazing, but everyone always asks about drone. I have a vid of it on the highway. I can honestly say there isnt any drone. It does rumble. It is a loud exhaust, but the full car vibration doesnt happen. I can listen to the radio with the volume at 10 and it sounds just fine!

Sounds amazing!! I think this has sealed my fate and SW will get my catback business.

Love the sound. Love that it is made with 304 stainless and I love the tips.

if by drone you mean vibration then yes there is no drone but you do get a very low frequency sound around 2k rpms (you can hear it in your video) which can make cruising on the highway at 65mph in 6th gear a bit noisy when you give it gas. I find myself downshifting more now to get around that sound

I still love the sound of that exhaust. deep, loud and not raspy at all.

Yes that is true. I consider that just a loud exhaust. Everyone considers drone a differnt thing. Most people consider it the cetrain frequency that vibrates the whole car then no amount of sound deadener can stop. The "sound" at 2k can be stopped. The 2k sound is just a matter of preference. actual drone is bad for your car.
