Hey guys,

debating on a staggered vs. squared setup for my soon to be bagged GT. It won't be a daily driver, but it wont be a garage queen either. I will drive it when it's nice, not during rain or snow, but will drive it all year round. So I'm guessing I'll put 5k-7.5k a year at most on it.

Gonna either do a 20x8.5 ET25 front with a 255/35 and a 20x10 ET42 rear with a 295/30, or a 20x10 ET42 275/35 all around.

I won't track the car, just spirited driving with an occasional twisty WV road. Those of you with staggered setups, how many miles are you getting out of your tires?

If it's not a daily, and you like the staggered look - go for it.

Staggered will effectively cut the rear tire's warranty life in half - rule of thumb.

From the mileage you're planning, staggered (again, if you like the look).

I would do 35 aspect tires front and back though.

It depends. My rears have 6.5/32nds left with 6500 miles. 90% highway driving. Then again I've gotten over 100k miles out of a set of tires on my F250.
