Stage 3 NSR vs Stage 2 NSR Cams??

Hi guys, ive been searching EVERYWHERE And cant seem to see whats the best route...

Whats makes more power for a Gen 2 FBO CJ E85 build? I see post making 523rwhp but don't know what cams? I see everyone with 2018 mustangs going with Stage 2 NSR but people with gen2 go with Stage 3 nsr so like which are the best? Any dyno sheets? To compare one to another?

I haven't looked into in a while but unless it has been updated, stage 3 were the better max effort cams. And the only reason why 2018+ Mustangs go with stage 2 was because there are no stage 3s for them.
