I am retarting this discussion , i once told everyone that i hear a squeal while starting my car . Here is the video.

The thing is, as you can see from video sound only comes while starting after that it vanishes .

Hey Todd this is sid... ehhehe.. from same page... what pisses me off.. is if it was starter car wont start at all...

I am getting more n more it being a bolt issue,, which is under stress while starting ... or may be a bad bolt... which squeaks .... or somethin sticking to bolt or somethin

If you drive it around for a bit (warm it up) stop the car and restart it, or stop the car and restart it 5 min later (while still kinda warm) does it do it?

Sometimes yes... and sometimes it does not..., sometimes it doesn even does it on cold start up and after drive it does it.

So its very random. Like it didn happen for two days.. it didn happen today morning during cold start, but happened again in the noon.

Most likely way off base but what about the battery voltage? Do you give enough time for the fuel pump to pressurize before starting the car?

Just throwing out the often overlooked things is all.

As soon as you start the car it happens. From what I could see, it appears the first intial squeak happens when your turning the engine(engine/exhuast movement), then the second louder squeak happens when your exhaust pipes move. I'm going to say one of your heat shields/pipes is rubbing on something as soon as you turn the engine, which is why it goes away after. Can you get a video of someone revving the engine to see if it happens with the movement of the engine?

NO it does not happen with reving of engine....
