So in regards to the brake squeal TSB, has there been an expansion to any vehicles without the PP? My EB Prem. howls like the dickens when you apply about 10% pressure in a normal stopping situation, press harder and it goes away.

Anybody else have a similar issue with non-PP cars?

Same issue - no resolution.

Brought it to the dealer, thought he found gold when he found the TSB - I let him have his fun and then I pointed out I don't have PP brakes. He then applied some sort of snake oil that worked for a day.

It's my biggest complaint with this car. If the car sits for more than an hour I get squeal.

I would be all over the sealer to get some kind of info, I would also reach out to Ford service reps. I have eco PP & they did the TSB on mine & there has been no issue since

Hi guys,

EcoBoostang, please make an appointment with your dealer for diagnosis. Then, let me escalate this for both of you. Please PM me with your VIN, dealer, mileage, full name, and best daytime number.

Thank you for the mention, jc1804!

I basically have the same issue except I have a GT-PP car which is also not covered by the TSB. 10-20% pressure and it squeals (which is how I normally brake). Harder or lighter it doesn't. I've brought up the issue with the Dealer but no luck. I get the whole Brembo's are suppose to squeal speech. I don't buy it since there's a lot people who have the GT-PP without this issue. Not a super big issue but it's annoying as heck since they're super long squeals and at every stop. Just annoys me how my new car has got the loudest screeching brakes everytime I roll up to a stop light.

Brought mine to two different dealers about 5 times in total. Had DM try and help out and they say it's normal. It's BS, not normal.

I'll replace them myself and it'll be the last time I use the dealer for anything. Shame too, because other than that they've treated me well.

Same issue here except mine isn't consistent and is almost a grinding noise. I've talked to two different dealers and they want to charge me to look at the car and if they can't replicate the sound (the noise doesn't happen every time I brake, only at low speeds a couple times a day) then they want to charge me $35 a trip to have them looked at. If this wasn't a known issue I'd totally understand their response, but it is and I just bought a 40k mustang (my second new mustang since '13)...maybe I just expect too much from ford, idk. I'm starting to understand why my uncles have begun buying german cars lol. I just hit 6000k miles and have the factory brake warranty until 12k so I guess I hope they start making noise more consistently before it runs out.
