Squeaks and noises

So I know it’s a convertible but I’m getting random squeaks and slapping sounds when I drive. The squeaking is coming from the back seat area but I can’t pinpoint it while I’m driving. Ive only noticed it with the top up.

The other issue is there’s a slapping sound coming from the rear of the car when I go over bumps. It sounds like there‘s a loose spare tire in the trunk bouncing up and down but I don’t have a spare, the inflator block is secure, and there’s nothing else in the trunk. The spare well cover isn’t heavy enough to make that much noise. My underbracing is secure as is my cat back so I know they aren’t banging into each other.

Side windows slap around with top down and windows up. Remove rear seat bottom, all trunk trim panels see if anything there. Could be a loose part or connector, maybe some thing fell in, like a tool someone forgot etc.

Could be something in IRS like loose part or worn bushing.

Only hear it with the top up. Had the rear seat out today to install a SmartTop module and didn’t see anything loose in the trunk area. I’ve not touched the suspension, it’s all stock and only 10,200 miles on the car. But my next investigation will most likely involve getting back under the car and seeing what I can find.

Just take it to the dealer. Check for a strap hanging fram ceiling of trunk sometimes they pop out of their slot.

it’s a 2017 and Its warranty has long since expired.
