Hey!
After I washed and dried my car today I noticed this spot.

Is this something that could be removed with a clay bar?

I tried removing it with some quick detailer from Meguiar's with no luck.

Sorry for the light reflection but it was the only way to get a good picture of it.

Thanks for any input!

This is called hard water etching, and if the vinegar solution did not function, you'll need a light polish or cleaner wax to get it off.

Hard water has minerals like calcium that deposit on the clear, and if left for to long to dry (for example after washing) it'll lightly etch into your clear coat.

Always hand-dry your car after a car wash. Especially if you use touch-less car washes.

Glass is easy to get rid of with some scrubbing. Paint is much harder cause you can't scrub as hard. For paint, use a clay bar. If that doesn't work, you might have to buff it out with a compound and then polish it.
