Speed limits and speed

This may seem like a dumb question but I always wondered why we have cars that car go 100+mph when the speed limit is 80 at the most.

Why do we have cars that can hit 0-60 in less then 3 seconds when all the government and police would prefer itif we drove smart cars or fiats?

No but seriously... If you need to ask why we have cars that go to "100+mph" (hell a base civic can hit 100mph... Your GT with enough room could hit 180's...) you really drive the wrong car... :ford::frusty:

I haven't.

I can verify it hits <Cough> and 10 very quickly from a 65 roll on....15 minutes after leaving the dealer...in the rain...possibly in front a of a SP Barracks....or so my 'Friend' told me.

That is very interesting, because I have it on "good authority" that it will also hit <Cough> and 10 very quickly from a 25 roll on.... 1 hour after leaving the dealer... in the rain. I have also "been told" that it is a good idea to turn off your climate control prior to using the Line Lock feature, unless you want a cabin full of smoke....
