Spark Plugs and Coils Advice

So Im planning on finally changing my spark plugs and coil packs on my fbo ‘17 GT on E85.

1.) Any suggestions on the best spark plugs for this setup? And the best gap for my setup?

2.) Any suggestions on coil packs for my setup?

.038 / .040 gap.
Lessens the load on the coils and smooths out the idle IMO.
OEM Motocraft cop’s
NGK Iridium’s

1. OEM Motorcraft or NGK Iridum spark plugs. You can gap them between .049 - .053. I just did mine, and set them at .051.

2. OEM coil packs. I didn’t replace mine.
