some suspension help for DD.

Hello. I am looking to upgrade my ride a little bit. I am currently on an ecoboost premium, NO performance pack. I have upgraded my springs to steeds progressive. I am looking to smooth the overall ride out especially over bumpy roads and also looking to make it more aggressive in the turns. This is a daily driver but my commute is 90 miles round trip with lots of varied terrain so looking to liven up the drive. Without going too crazy what are some worthwhile changes?

I was thinking:

1. Form performance shocks and struts?
2. New sway bars? which brand?

Anything else I should tackle while the car is in the shop?

Your ride is going to be stiffer with those springs, but some adjustable Konica Yellows / Ford Racing dampers could help smooth it out compared to what the stock dampers are doing. The adjustability is nice if you're looking to improve ride quality.

I am keeping my steeds springs which are already installed. I am thinking of adding FP shocks and struts. Will those not help smooth out the ride at all?

Performance shocks and struts should be better matched to the aftermarket springs than your factory dampers. It's still going to be significantly stiffer than stock, that's why I recommend the adjustable dampers. It's tough to say, though, as everyone's perception of ride quality is different and I'm on the more sensitive side due to back issues.

Ok so here is where I am at with my suspension upgrades for my ecoboost?

I got the Steeda Sway bars installed. I already had the Steeda Progressive springs.

I have the BMR Cradle Lock Out Kit CB005 and Steeda differential bushing insert system here and awaiting install.

I am planning on going with Koni or Steeda shocks and struts.

Any other recommended items for a daily driver? Or is that about the limit of items that will really make this handle like a beast? So far the springs and sways have helped a lot.

I would also think about the BMR BK005 and the FRPP Knuckle to Toe Link bushings.

Both those factory bushings are super soft and sloppy.

SO I ordered the Steeda Shocks and Struts. I am a little concerned about the Steeda bushings and may not install those since there seem to be a lot of comments about noticeable whine. So will probably have the shocks and struts and BMR 005 installed next.

Can't wait to get your feedback on the shocks/struts. If you install the red diff. bushing inserts, the gear whine should be minimally pronounced.

The factory bushing is very soft rubber vs the FRPP being a bearing. Really reduces the toe change under load.

I also have a ecoboost premium auto but I do have the preformance pack. I'm 2 parts shy of having every steeda suspension thing on the car and it handles like beast. Because you have the springs already I would get the sawy bars next with the upgraded billet mounts. With the diff bushing inserts, pay no attn. to the noise people are referring too, it's hardly there and if you listen to the radio you wont hear it

I just had the steeda sways installed a couple weeks ago and like them. Did not get the billet mounts.

Just a little worried if the bushings are loud or not. I am paying to have the stuff installed so if I had to pay to also get them uninstalled would really start to add up. Maybe i will still do it.

I am assuming I am hitting the best bang for buck items? Springs, shocks/struts, sways, lockout kit, bushings.

Getting my steeda shocks and struts today. Also going to get the BMR CB005 installed. I have the steeda rear diff bushings but I am afraid to have them installed as I don't want any noise introduced. I have heard of issues with NVH especially when installed along with the CB005. Any feedback on how common noise issues are?
