It's not enough of an overfill to be concerned about, but the best advice I've seen in here so far is check the level as directed in the owners manual, warm it up, let it sit for 15 minutes, then check it.
If the level still makes you uncomfortable after that, just take off the filter, pour out the oil from that, then put it back on. That should remove enough oil to put the level right at the dot.
