In the middle of clutch job. Caught with my pants down. Can't find the tq specs for the slave cylinder anywhere.

Anyone know what ford specs for the two 8mm bolts? Slave to trans bolts

Do any of you will install a remote bleed valve? Does the housing come with a hole for that already, probably plugged, or would you have to drill/tap a hole for it? If the former, I'd definitely do it. If the latter, maybe not, but it SUCKS it doesn't have one. Good luck.

No bleeder hole. Bench bleed the slave and you are good. A vacuum applied to the reservoir removes a ton if air and usually requires less than 30 pumps or so of the pedal to hit a normal feel. Vacuum bleed before touching the pedal.

I made sure to have the clutch line plugged in and cap off the reservoir when pushing the trans on the last inch or so. Helps keep the slave air free.

Thought about one of the engagement point adjuster but not the bleeder screw slaves
