Has anybody installed a short throw shifter on their car and if so do you think it was worth the expense?

Yep I've got the steeda tri-ax and think it's very good, well worth the money

The only slight issue I've got is that I also installed the steeda black delrin reverse lockout with this, and it's 'dropped' it's hold on the tri-ax shifter bit below it. It grips on with 3 little screws and lost it's grip (so I'm currently reversing by grabbing the bottom of the gear stick with my hand and manually pulling the reverse engager up. Not sure if it just wasn't tightened enough or if I should drill holes through...

anubis the guys at the factory probably think the screws were a bit loose / came loose.

As the screws are little be careful not to strip them when tightening.
