Just saw an advert on TV for Ford's free loan car when servicing.
The Ford website lists:
Free loan car
Capped price servicing for life
Free auto club membership.

It says this excludes F-Series, FPV, ST, XR5 and Transit models.
What are the odds the mustang is also excluded...

Does anyone know if the ford capped price servicing is overpriced?

Free loan car would be great!

However if they say it doesn't apply, I'll stick to my mechanic :)

Capped price servicing does include all of those models bar the F series, so I'm not sure what the ad was referring to.

The only thing that isn't covered under a capped price arrangement for those models is the brakes - the other models have a capped price brake scheme.

I don't pay much attention to the ads, my dealer will always arrange a courtesy car for me if I need it.

I'll stick with the dealer for servicing the Mustang.

My dealer also offers a free loan car for servicing, but I am not sure if I would rather take the car to Mustang Motorsport. Arguably they would know the Mustang better than anyone else
