I don't get it. Putting the car in an undrivable state looks stupid.
You are overlooking how easy it is to steal under-car lights if the car isn't resting on its frame.

Uggghhh, that's the whole appeal with bags. Slam it when parked and then raise it up when you drive it. If you said slammed on coilovers I could see but bags actually are functional.
Oh I understand that's how they work. I don't get why slammed while parked is appealing.

Maybe owner doesn't trust the parking brake?

Looks better than that lifted 4x4 in your profile pic :giggle:
Yeah I just bought my current car a few weeks ago so it's still at stock ride height. I do plan to lower it some, as well as other suspension mods that (gasp) will do nothing for looks.

I’m far from a senior, but S550’s look pretty good at stock ride height to me. It depends on the wheel/ tire combo. They definitely don’t carry the 4x4 look of previous gens IMO. Only reason I would lower mine Slightly would be performance purposes.

I don’t like vinyl stripes or graphics of any kind. On my HPP Ecoboost I had them remove the silver hood stripes from my Magnetic Mustang before I took delivery. The salesman looked at me twice to ensure I was serious.

Off they came.

What mods do you see that you would not do to your car? I am thinking there might be some differences in what we older guys will do to their cars.

I would never put white lettering on my tires. The sidewalls on the tires of today's Mustang are so much thinner than muscle cars of yesteryear that it just doesn't look right to me.

Edit: I'm mainly asking about mods that are at least somewhat common, not the most outrageous "one off" mod you can find on the internet, lol.

Anything from J.C.Whitney. Deer whistles, curb feelers, suicide knobs, and the lights! Can’t forget the lights!
