Now that we know that your 2014-15 Jeep can be driven away without a driver (more than a million Jeeps recalled to prevent electronic hijacking), how long do you think that it will be, before the first Mustang is driven into a ditch by remote control?

Thanks for the clarification...so I won't have to worry as long as I don't park in my driveway or on any hill? That will be a relief , LOL.
Update: the Chrysler hacking was for disabling brakes while driving! Even worse than brake release while sitting still. Scenario: packed Freeway with cars traveling at 60 mph.
Hackers disable the brakes of just three or four cars. How much of a pileup would there be?
How many drones have disrupted airliners in the last few months...How about a few hundred hackers spread over the US who can disable your brakes, just for the fun of it?
I am old enough to remember my IT people telling not to worry about someone trying to read my email...just don't send anything important!

Glenn G: have you ever had your primary brakes cut off while you were in Freeway rush hour? You might want to experiment on an empty road going at highway speed and have a passenger randomly yell out 'brakes'. See how long it takes for your car to come to a halt using the hand brake compared to slamming on the main brakes! The emergency brakes are not ABS either!
