I've got a 21 GT with 401A...leather seats. I notice that the side bolsters of the seat rub the console when the seat moves fore and aft. It would seem to me over time that this contact will have an adverse affect on the vinyl of the seats. Is everyone's front seats the same way? I'm about 5'10" and sit fairly close to the steering wheel.....short legs.

Thanks!

The contact is minimal so highly unlikely any noticeable wear will occur. Never had an issue with my 15’ EB with 51k or my current 19’ GT/CS.

The euro leather seats (based on my experience with euro Recaro's) have cloth on the inner face where they rub the console ?

Thanks WD, just checked my car. Honestly never noticed that before. Yes, the inner sides of both seats are cloth.
