I searched and didn't find an answer but to pull the console trim I have removed the side panels and screws. The problem is popping the clips at the back next to the hinged top. I would rather not damage the leather and am hoping to get some advice without an ass reaming and telkimg me to go to a body shop.
I have a trim pry bar set but need to know where to put the tool to avoid any damage.
Thanks in advance.
-Johnny.

I just did this recently.... I'll send you the video I used as reference....

The photo you posted is the console is the new one you're installing?

Here. Around the 5 min mark you'll see him using the trim tools. I did mine in my 350R.... no problems. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.

Pic is just for reference. I watched a video and it looks like the guy skipped the rear and next thing you know he is reaching for the boot clips.

Happy with the results. The Billetworkz knob requires a smaller diameter lockout which will work with pretty much any knob. It will probably be oretty hot to the touch come summer when sitting at the car shows if the windows are up.
Windows getting tinted and ceramic coat before the cold weather arrives. Have to get the body work fixed before anything else is done aside from driving.
