Ford kind of duplicates their efforts as far as switches are concerned. There are buttons for heated and cooled seats in the center stack right below the infotainment screen. Then the infotainment has another digital button on screen that you can push to activate heated and cooled seats as well. I find myself using the physical buttons more.
