I guess it really depends on what your goal is.
Cleaning is is going to be by far the easiest and least expensive path. A good upholstery cleaner will probably make a big difference. Will they look like new? Maybe close if it's just dirty. If there's fabric damage then obviously not.
Next most affordable is going to be a good condition used "take-off" replacement for whichever pieces are being replaced. Even ordering new from a dealer for just the piece(s) you need is probably less expensive than an entire set of covers, cloth or leather.
Finally, if you're goal is a complete makeover there are the suggestions others have made. Katskin does have an excellent reputation but aren't inexpensive.
Oh, and any cover swap is going to have to include removal of the existing seat cover and installation of the new. It's absolutely doable DIY but can be time consuming and finicky to get a perfect fit. So, if you're not up for that, factor in labor costs too.

Do they got over the factory material and we have heated and cooled seats.

Thanks for your help. Never thought of just replacing the driver bottom cover. There’s no damage just it’s getting a little shinny in the middle.

I’ll try your suggestions and spring time change the driver bottom cover.

👍👍👍

Regarding the Giant Panda set, I bought mine about 4 years ago and they are holding up incredibly well. No wear, anywhere. Keep looking at the Black and Grey ones but this set is still perfect so I'll just stay basic Black. Hope this helps anyone wanting to upgrade the base model cloth seats. Most other Mustang owners think this is stock.
