SDXC card: will it work?

I have a question: does anyone have a SDXC card inside the system for playing music? I am interested in buying a 64GB SDXC card.

I tried using a 128GB card with about 80gb of music on it for a short time.
Started off working but it kept re-indexing constantly. Then it just started crashing the system every couple of minutes.
Took it out and used a 64GB usb and have not had any issues.

My only concern is: do you have to select the SD source every time? I have seen from videos that to show SD you have to push the arrow down...

Yes you have to push the down arrow but once you have it selected it will remain on SD until you select a different source.
