Sct x4 general error 11111

2020 mustang gt with a stage 1 whipple on the whipple tune. I'm trying to load a lund tune to the car but keep getting told additional updates need to be made, update keeps failing, wifi works but it says check wifi connection. I plug the sct into the computer to use the updater software where it shows it's already up to date. Help keep out here, sct support is already closed

Nevermind, got it! Tuner showed to be up to date on the device updater software, but was still able to find updates available going through the tuner menus itself and downloaded them through wifi
