SCT x4 tune load error

Just got my tuner and tried to install it. Followed instructions and when I go to program and follow the prompts it says it has to install additonal updates over wifi but it fails with error code 11111 then tells me to update device using sct update. Sct update says device is up to date. Anyone ever have this problem? WiFi is working, verified by going to device options and attempted to update device over wifi and said it was up to date so that would tell me it is connecting to the internet.

Give SCT technical support a ring. See what they come up with.

Default the SCT back to factory defaults, reload the tune onto the X4, and try again. I had the same problem.

Feel like such a noob, this isn't the first vehicle I've used a tuner..

I contacted sct and he asked if I already had a tune...duh I installed Ford racing stage 2 with the procal. Should have this up and running tonight, at work now. Thanks guys.

I'm having this exact problem right now trying to load a custom tune onto my 2020 gt with a whipple stage 1 kit and whipple tune already on it. Seems like you figured out what the issue was, I still got no insight reading your thread....haha smh. Cany anyone help out?
