SCT X4 Error

Hey everyone,

I installed a GT350 intake manifold, throttle body, and JLT intake, with a Lund tune using my SCT x4 for my 2017 GT PP. Everytime I try to load the tune on the car, I keep getting a general error #110AD additional update required, please run auto update. I've updated the tuner 5 times with the software and over wifi and this message keeps popping up. SCT is closed until Monday. Anybody have any ideas?

Have you plugged into your pc with the usb cable and updated the tuner?
Is the update a tune that was sent to you by email?

Yes I've updated through the computer multiple times and also over wifi. The tune is a Lund tune sent via email.

A few weeks back I updated my X4. In order to do that you need to put the stock tune in the car which went fine. I updated the X4 and tried to put the tune in the car again and had a similar error. I don't recall exactly what mine was. After numerous attempts I just called SCT. Somehow my stock tune got lost and they needed to send me another stock tune to load. Once I had that tune I was able to once again put the tune back in the car successfully.

If you can't get it give them a call tomorrow.

Yea I'm assuming it's something of that nature. Unfortunately they are closed until Monday. So I have to wait.
