SCT tune Dead Throttle?

Hey guys,

I know, I know it'll be said, get an actual tune.

So here is the scenario. 2017 Gt 5.0 K&N Filter and Roush Axleback.

SCT BDX Tuner, 91 octane tune, 7200 RPM limit, Stock airbox, Stock headers. Speedometer adjustment for 305/30R19s These are the things I flashed on to the car.

I have done a KAM Reset. Picture of datalog below.

Blue: Load Value
Orange: Throttle pedal position
Yellow: ECT (throttle body Position)

AS you can see several times when I got WOT, the Throttle actually closes and goes to around 10% open.

Any ideas? I realistically only wanted this thing for the speedo correction and a little more rpm for certain corners at my local track.

Who did the initial tune? Or is it a stock SCT tune? Those are usually pretty bad.
