“The problem is with the BDX's software. It runs different software from the X4 and it also tunes more vehicles so it does tend to have a bit more issues. The x4 is made specifice and will only tune Ford vehicles.”

So to fix the problem you either need to wait for a software update that fixes it or trade in the BDX for an X4

Damn....I just bought a BDX. Hopefully I don't run into the same problems that makes me regret not getting the X4. But, I get it tomorrow so I guess I'll find out soon.
