This has happened several times in the past few months. The steering wheel radio controls and climate control hard buttons still work when it freezes up, but the screen is completely unresponsive. It doesn't go away until the car is turned off and restarted. Has anyone else seen this? The car is under warranty, but it just happens randomly, so it may be tough for the dealer to diagnose unless it's a common issue. I tried a forum search, but I didn't find anything. Thanks.
